In Art, we began a new project where we stippled an image that we first gridded. I chose to keep it simple, and worked on an image of butterflies. For everyone including myself, this was a new form of value we each expressed artistically on our own. I personally like how my piece had come out, and enjoyed the process of making it.

Contrast: the degree of difference between tones.
Composition: the act of combining parts or elements to form a whole.
Constraints: the materials used to create art
Wash: a thinned down, mostly water, usage of paint
Glazing: applying color in wash form to enhance a monochromatic painting
Dry Brush: no medium/water- simply applying paint with dry brush
